A Better Choice Fuel Service

Review: I requested a fuel delivery after being approved for a Home Energy Assistance Grant from my local Department of Social Services. The fuel company came and delivered fuel oil. My ticket from the fuel company states they delivered 174.8 gallons of fuel. I measured the tank manually immediately after delivery. There is significantly less fuel in the tank than the amount stated on my ticket and what was charged against my HEAP grant. I called the business to inquire and the owner was belligerent. He refused to discuss the issue or any possible solution. I advised I would then file a complaint.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive the correct amount of fuel paid for. When I called initially I thought someone might come and measure the tank so we could resolve the problem amicably. I assumed an error had occurred. I could not speak with the owner or his office staff and could come to no resolution.
