A better care provider

Review: On 2-10-14 the "care provider aid" [redacted] inform me that she was to sick to work and needed to go and left appro at noon. I contact [redacted] ( owner) to see if she could send someone out ( another aid) and she never answer her phone after a number of attempts to call her and I left several messages. She( Terri owner) finally called me around 2 P.M letting me know that she did not have a replacement aid that she could send out and apologized. My mother was left unattended for 8 hours and I was able to get another health care agency to come out to attend to my Mother at 8 P.M.Desired Settlement: I would a refund of $100.00
