A Best Termite and Pest Control

So I paid 60.00dllrs for a inspection and the technician tells me he thinks it's mice, I show him the back of my chair that has a huge ho le ripped out of the back, he tells me he doesn't know what did it,but finally says mice,so he sets out mice bait stations, 16days later the problem and damage is worst, so bad after seeing the rodent again and the fact it destroyed my backpack and ate through a plastic container in one night I have proof it's a rat, so I take my destroyed backpack to abest and ask the same technician is it mouse or rat and again he says I don't know, but agrees it's a rat , instead of setting up a appointment to re bait for a rat he has me purchase 3 rat traps and says if they put the traps out it's not a guarantee and the rats don't really eat poison out a rat bait stations, so I'm out of 180.00 dollars for a botched diagnosis, they may know insects, but not rodents.
