A bathtube Refinishing

We, my wife and I, used AAA Bathtub for repairs on our bathtub that had developed some cracks in the bottom. They repaired the cracks and the tub looked good. That was 5 months ago, not very long for a service that had a 5 year warranty. The tub has redeveloped cracks on the bottom and would like to have them repaired. Problem is we have been trying to contact AAA Bathtub without any luck. Seems they have chosen to be unresponsive.
