documents, or leaving and sending messages for meIt quickly became obvious to methat I was not going to be able to satisfy him under any circumstancesHe requested that I nolonger proceed finalizing amending his son's return to correct an omission on the self-filedreturnI mailed him a check for $to refund for the amended return charge.In the complaint, Mr*** mentions "one short note promising to finish our work (received on7/approx.)"I had mailed this hand-written note with his tax return folder, that included ALLoriginalsIt is also important to know that this note indicated that it would be much later (to 4weeks, or end of August or beginning of September?) before I would be able to get to his son'samended return finishedAs my letter to him indicates, I was unaware of his attempts to reachmeI do not have any messages or mail from himMy phone does not have Caller ID so, if hefailed to leave a message, I have no way of knowing he has called.This complaint exists from mutual miscommunicationI should have called him in Septemberwhen I was having difficulty completing the returnUnbeknownst to me, I see by the date of thiscomplaint that he was upset with me beforehand.Should you have any questions, please feel free to call me at *** ***, or email***.
