The worst in my lifetime. 1. Not given a temp check upon arrival. 2. Had a cleaning with hand tools since no gas could be administered unless it was surgery (I have very sensitive teeth). Met with Dentist. Never checked for cavities or measured gaps. 3. Briefly discussed oral surgery and was told $100 consultation fee while my insurance told me that would be covered. Ended up with severe pain on bottom tooth and swollen with an infection after cleaning. Called and told them it was an emergency and couldn't get me in until mid-November and to go to a hospital if it was this bad. What dentist does such a thing? My periodontist took me within an hour of my phone call. Stay away from this place. Extremely unprofessional and a disasterous office to say the least.

They led me to believe that my Dental Doctor was in network, and charged me $49 for a consultation, which I didn't believe was right. Once I left the agency, I called my insurance company which informed me that my consultation was supposed to be FREE, and the Dental agency was supposed to inform me if they are out of my network. I called the agency and they told me that they will not give me my money back and that I should call a dentist that takes my insurance.Desired Settlement: I would like my $49 back. Further, I'm going to follow up with my insurance company regarding how the agency will process the claim, and if there is any fraud.
