My landlord has a plan set up with them where they are suppose to come out every three months or check with us to see if service is neededThey have never called to schedule service, I have always had to call and request serviceMy landlord has told them multiple times that they will deal directly with me but the last few times I've called they say that my landlord has to callToday when I called the girl that answered the phone proceeded to tell me that my landlord would have to callI explained that he's provided consent for me to handle the account as far as inspection and treatments are concerned but she refused to assistI proceeded to ask I'd she would have the guy who normally provides the services call me and she declinedWhen I asked for her name to make a complaint because she was also being rude (her tone was harsh and she definitely did not show signs of having a willingness to assist) she hung up on me! When I called back *** answered and said that she was the supervisorShe was aware that her worker had hung up on me and the worker had lied and said that I used profane languageAll I did was ask her her nameLast time I checked there was nothing profane about thatI explain to *** what happened to which she did not acknowledge, I thought our call had been disconnected because there was no reply at allShe acted as if she didn't care that her worker was rude and had lied to herWhen I asked to contact the owner she refused and said she was the only way to make a complaintI have still gotten nowhere, meanwhile I have a service need that is being paid for that is not being met
