They put $5,earnest money down and went through the inspectionThe day before closing they tried to back out due to a hairline crack however it was nothing structuralWe had a structural engineer come out and look at who determined that it was normalWe put garage doors on the home, did
electric and other work to his liking. I could have taken all $5,legally however I only asked for $1,but accepted $1,We will not be giving any money back as they did not back out during the given time frame
