Charged for labor and part that did not fix refrigerator
The repairman [redacted] looked at the refrigerator that was not cooling. He quoted a price of $365.00 parts and labor. After 10 days the part was installed and the unit worked about 10 days. Called again and [redacted] showed up again and defrosted the unit and claimed it was fixed. Less then five days later it was hot again. [redacted] returned again, defrosted the unit and set dials on temp and claimed it was fine. Again in less then 5 days the unit was hot again. Called [redacted] and was now told it was over charged. The unit was new less then 3 years ago and has always worked perfect until now. Was told it is a sealed charging system and it would need to be replaced. It is in a rental unit and not only have they bought food that had to be thrown away but I took them to the store for food 2 times. A waist of food when on a strict budget with government assistance is hard on a family. No other help was offered other then telling me replace the refrigerator.
