should guarantee "energy offset"Offset depends entirely on a customer's actual electrical consumption, which is impossible to predict and we truly have no control over the matterAs much as our customers might like us to do so, we simply cannot guarantee that our systems will offset a certain percentage of someone else's energy usage
I commend you for doing the research to talk with several contractors, and even getting some of them to match our guarantee in order to win your businessIn order to offer the services that we do while taking care of our employees the way they should be, we are often not the lowest bid in the stackOur hope is that customers still find value in hiring us, despite not always being the lowest price

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and appreciate Reeves response This does not resolve the matter they cancelled our agreement shortly after invoicing PSCCU and I'm left with the fees associated with handling the loan from Puget Sound Credit Union
Since we had requested to speak with someone from their organization to agree on a solution, they never reached out to resolve and their CFO cancels our agreement we are stuck with paying fees A&R Solar backed out after they approved, invoiced PSCCU who is managing our solar loan, then cancel a day later after we have a minor issue its only right for them to work directly with PSCCU and cover any fees regarding this business transaction Sincerely,*** ***

[redacted] and I spoke with each other on the phone. We came to an agreement. I promised that we would make sure he and his family did not have to pay any fees associated with the canceled contract, and that I would follow up with him. I did both those things. [redacted] will not pay any penalties, and he have talked again to make sure there are no other lingering issues.
