A-American Sliding Door

On 6/27/2018, *** from American Sliding Door installed a security screen door at my home. I was told that the door included a 5 year warranty. On 2/27/2019, the inside handle fell off of the screen door. I contacted American Sliding Door on 2/28/2019 & left a message letting them know & asking them to fix it. He was supposed to come and fix it on Tuesday 3/5 At his convenience. I was to leave the door unlocked & he was going to stop by & fix it. He never showed up. I called again & asked why it hadn't been fixed (via message). *** called back & apologized & said because of the rain they hadn't been working that day. He then said that he would be by to fix it on 3/14/19, again at his convenience. He did not show up again. I called again. *** answered & apologized again saying that he forgot to put me on their schedule. He then said that he would be out "early next week" (the week of 3/18/19) to fix the handle. Again, this was to be at his convenience - I would just leave the door unlocked. He never showed up.
