A-Action RV Service

[redacted] and I own a Holiday Rambler travel trailer and we contacted A-Action come out to the storage lot (AC's Storage in Mansfield) and do some repairs to the trailer on April 13, 2011. They were suppose to repair the drain valves for the grey and black water tanks and fix a leak under the bathroom sink. The replaced the valves, but did not bring the proper hardware for the valves. The replaced the bathroom sink faucet, but it still leaks because the leak is coming from the hose connection and not the faucet itself. We have to use a special tool to open the valves to drain the tanks because the handles were never installed on them. Also, we cannot push the valves in all the way without the rods falling inside the wall of the trailer. [redacted] has called them about the problems and three times they have made appointments to fix the problems. [redacted] drove the 20 miles out to the storage and waited each time, only to be stood up each time. [redacted] has repeated tried to the contact them, but they do not return his phone calls. The last time his call was actually answered, they said they would call him back and then never did.
