Please let me know if I am wrong to be upset by the following incident with Steffen's Florence, Ky location.

Bobcat was on hold for Sat 11/16 credit card had to be given for the hold. Morning at 8:00 AM 11/16 we talked to Mark and canceled because it was raining. Saturday 11/23 @ 2:15 we saw $400.00 charge on our account from Steffen's. We called and He said he would put it back on. This transaction overdrew our account and we had a $23.00 service charge. Since we cancelled with Steffen's I did not transfer money from another account to cover the $400.00. I went to talk to Mark and ask WHY you charged our account for something we did not use and He said " I thought you were going to use it on the next Saturday." Why would he charge my account before we used the backhoe???? I explained how he had caused my account to be overdrawn but he would not give me back my $23.00. I told him I was disappointed in his services and would not hesitate to tell others what he did.
