The bank contract with the customer includes a $down payment on his recent purchase. This down payment was not collected by Winner when the customer took delivery and Winner contacted the customer to collect these funds. It appears that there was a miscommunication with the customer
regarding the down payment and Winner is no longer attempting to collect any these funds from the customer

We are aware of the customers complaint and have been in communication with him on 3/15 and 3/16 as he states in his complaint.  There is a question of the legitimacy of the complaint as the damage to the customers glove-box was noted by the technician on the Repair Order prior to the Recall...
