A & A Millwork

I signed a contract for A & A Millwork to do work on wood rot above and next to our front door. The project is entirely exterior, nd they have failed to perform the work.

I give them 0 stars. We first talked to and set an appointment for a storm door measurement with the owner on June 2, 2018. He never showed up. We then set another appointment and again no show. Finally after several weeks of phone calls the owner and his daughter came to measure for a storm door, we were told it would take 4-6 weeks and then prompt installation. Next we learned the door wasn't ordered, when it finally came months later it didn't fit! He measured wrong. Because this is special order we couldn't cancel, but one wonders where the other door went to that was the wrong measurement. Finally last week I called again- yes it was on the truck and a date to install was for November 12. This morning they called and said it was too cold outside to work, even though back in June they said they work in all weather conditions. Its, November, its 20 degrees outside. Its now been over 5 months since our first contact and appointment made...for a storm door. Buyer beware- this company is unreliable and performs poorly. Apparently no one installs any products if its "too cold" out.

Do not use this company. Customer service was terrible. Mistakes on their end were always blamed on their supplier or on me. A simple apology would have gone a long way. After two incorrect installs and months of waiting we finally have an approximation of what we originally paid for but wish we would have steered clear of this company.
