crew did not caulk around window and door trim abutting the concrete siding in compliance with contract.
Nor did he paint the *** wood mounting structure as indicated by himself personally.
I mentioned these issues while his crew was there and it did not get accomplished. He indicated he would send a crew up to do that work in addition to touch ups but his crew failed to accomplish the caulking or the painting of the *** wood structure.

He has subsequently ignored all contact.
