*** *** then asked our installer to measure some windows that are foggingAt ***'s direction, our installer rough measured two stationary panes in two 2nd floor bedrooms but there were desks in the way*** requested an approximate quote so our installer took an approximate measure as best he could from the insideOur installer did not have enough time to measure from the outside since these additional measures were not anticipated and our installer needed to get to his next appointment

QXXXXXX was created and A&A Glass called *** with his quote and left a voice message*** called back and let us know that he would let us know in a few days if he will be going with us or notWe did not have ***'s email so this was all verbal over the phone

A&A Glass installed the replacement glass for *** at ***'s homeRight after the install, *** called us with a complaint from *** that we left caulking on his furnitureWe returned immediatelyThere was no caulking on any furnitureThey simply had us wipe the top of a side table or dresser that had dust and some small debris on it - picture attached

*** called and approved the quote and paid the 50% depositInstall was scheduled for Sept 08,

A&A Glass called *** to schedule a re-measure since the original measurements were approximateWe confirmed verbally that it was two stationary panes in the two bedrooms on the front of the house from the outside as no one would be home

A&A Glass arrived and ***'s wife was home so we measured the stationary panes but she also requested that we measure the operable panes of the same windows and an accent picture windowWe explained that the additional windows would be an additional cost and that we would quote the additional windowsThat same day before we had sent the additional quote, *** called and complained about the cost going up and said that we were supposed to measure the additional windows originallyIt was explained again that we only measured two stationary panes originally and that his wife requested the additional panes to be measured

*** called us in the morning and stated that he wanted to cancel his work order, get a full refund of his deposit, and that he will be reporting us to the Revdex.com for Bait and Switch sales tacticsWe immediately refunded all of his deposit onto his credit card while we were on the phone and mailed his refund receiptBy this time, we had two replacement thermal pane units produced ready for installation and we did not charge him for these
