Called in to this company numerous times and always had good service. We have even been referring our customers onto this company. We had asked to have them order us a part and the technician said no problem. 1 week later the guy says he has not ordered the part as he would not be the one putting it in. [redacted] was rude on the phone and was willing to turn down lots of referrals as I own a major plumbing company in town. I find the nature of this business is not doing customers a good service and have stopped referring people on to him.

Review: I called him to fix leaky washer and refrigerator about 2 months ago. He came in did something, charged me $300 and left. Less than 1 week later refrigerator leaked in the same spot. I called them to fix several times but they never showed up. Now 2 months later washer leaks as well, in the same spot and in the same manner. Finally, I called another service to fix both refrigerator and washer.

Desired Settlement: I need full refund for the service that was not performed or was not performed in a professional manner.
