A-1 Squeaky Clean Maid Service

I originally set an appointment with, [redacted], the owner of A-1 Squeaky Clean on the previous week to come clean my house on Tuesday, February 25. She calls me around 6pm on Monday, February 24 and says that they will not be able to comply with our original agreement and asks to reschedule. I agreed and we rescheduled for Thursday, February 27. That worked for me since my company from out of town was not arriving until Friday, February 28. She informed me that her employees would be arriving between 1:30 & 2:00 pm. I waited until 2pm and they never arrived. I then was late to pick up my daughter from school and I finally left my house at 2:10pm. I left the door unlocked so they could come inside. When I returned home, they were at my house. All three of them were in my daughter's bedroom. I asked them to clean the other areas of the house before they cleaned the bedrooms, so I could get my daughter changed because she had had an accident at school and ineeded to change my for year old's clothes. The head maid, the only one who can speak English, proceeded to complain about having to get out of my daughter's room and about having to sweep up leaves in the hallway and in my den. Basically telling me that she did not want to do her job. When speaking with [redacted] previously, the service was supposed to include sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all exposed floors. She then proceeded to tell the other two maids that they were going to leave and not complete the service agreement. She was very rude and left me in quite a bind since I had company arriving the following day.
