A-1 Sewer & Septic Service

Around 9/26/19 I contacted A1 due to what I believed to be a full septic tank causing draining issues inside my home. Unfortunately for me I had very little to no knowledge of the drainage setup on the property since I had just began renting a month or so prior. None the less the representative I spoke to with A1 assured me their technicians would be able to locate the septic tank if need be as well as get the underlying issue resolved. After the tech arrived at my location he did manage to locate a buried septic tank and he proceeded to empty it. After emptying the tank the tech mentioned that the water appeared to be more consistent with ground water than septic tank water. And also stated that most of the houses in my location were on city sewer lines so it was odd that my home was the only one with a septic system. Unbeknownst to me the home had in fact been converted to the city sewer line years ago. Also the tech even tried suctioning out any blockage from the city sewer line. I was then charged $450.00 for what the tech was able to actually suction out. I was then instructed that what I needed a plumber to get my drain lines pushed through by the tech on site.

I want to thank the young lady that took my call about my sewer backing up. She promised someone would call within a couple of hours when they were coming out. I asked if they could come quickly and she said she would pass it along. I have out of town guests from Texas and I really wanted to get everything cleaned up before they came back. It was about 11:15 am and they called and were here and done by 1:00 pm. The 2 young men (#107 Clarkson - D'Montai) that came were very nice professional and did everything I asked. Very very pleased with your service and with everyone I talked to and that helped me. Thank you !!!
