A-1 Sealcoating

Elvis L representing A-1 Sealcoating signed a contract with me on April 14, 2020, to sealcoat my driveway for a cost of $350.50 (which I paid in full) with a 3-year warranty on cracks in the driveway. He and his two helpers sprayed the driveway with a sealcoat without first making any attempt to seal the cracks. When finished, I pointed out that the cracks were still visible. He falsely stated that he used a sealcoat that he purchased in Columbus and was a much higher quality than I could purchase in local hardware stores and it expanded when dried and it would seal the cracks. He also stated that he would return on April 20 to inspect the driveway and would repair any cracks that were still visible. He didn't return so I called him that afternoon. He said he drive by and "it didn't look that bad." I explained that I was very dissatisfied with his work and expected him to honor his 3-year no-cracks contract or refund my money. He never replied and I followed up with two more telephone calls (no answer, left message) and a registered letter. Still no response.
