A-1 Seafood

Review: On 4/4/2013 per request of A-1 Seafood, a delivery of shrimp from Bluewater Shrimp Company was made totaling $2805 (invoice # 189071) and signed by [redacted], the wife of [redacted]. We, myself and my employee, [redacted], made several attempts with phone calls to the business and cell phone, plus several times stopping by (at the request of [redacted] and [redacted]) to collect payment. There two people never showed up to pay the bill at those times. They were told that they would have late fees assessed due to nonpayment. [redacted] placed a call to me to tell me that they weren't trying to dodge me, but that they had a bad check due to crawfish. She proceeded to tell me that [redacted] would have a check for me a few days later which turned out to be another failed attempt in getting paid. They have continually dodged calls. We have stopped by their place of business many times, but still have yet to receive payment.In checking on the Louisiana Secretary of State business page, I can not find [redacted] or [redacted] with A-1 Seafood.Desired Settlement: That they would pay their bill of $3000.00 in cash ASAP.
