A-1 Ray's Air Conditioning & Heating

Terrible experience with them through our Home Warranty. The air conditioner had to be replaced. We had a down draft setup on our previous unit. The new unit ordered (that took over 3 weeks to be installed in triple digit heat)., could have been installed as a down draft or a side draft. They changed our set up to a side draft without advising us. It looks terrible with the duct work visible from the front of the house. I believe they did this because it was faster and cheaper. Now that it is in and they were paid up front for expenses not covered by warranty (this is standard before any work is done), they won't even return my phone calls.

Horrible company. Called out by home warranty to fix air conditioner. They said a part was bad and removed it stating the A/C didn't really need that part. They were supposed to order a new part and replace it. After more than a week home warranty was called and I found that A-1 Rays had closed the work order without fixing the problem and having removed a part. When they were forced to come out the owner was rude and unprofessional. The A/C actually started making serious bad noises after having part removed which it had never done so before. The owner then left refusing to look into the problem, so the A/C was never fixed. Owner said he was there only to replace a part and left. He did not test to make sure it still ran and after he left I tested the A/C and it would not even turn on. Horrible company!!!
