I am rejecting this response because:
The response is completely untrue. The dates are completely wrong, there has been no check issued to me or any phone calls about a check.
Services were not rendered on after Sept 19th, the day of the move. So the information is false.
Also they did not specify the amount of the check sent, where the check was sent or to whom. We have spent $137.80 fixing the hole in the wall and would like that amount back.
They are lying and pretending to be taking action. They have not done so.
The receipt for the repairs is attached.
This business is not trustworthy.
