A-1 Home Inspection

A-1 Inspection refuses to uphold the warranty they offer to guarantee home inspection services. Two original problems were found with the heating/air conditioning unit at the property we paid to be inspected by A-1 Inspection ([redacted], owner). The issues were reported the next day after moving into the property. Four attempts and numberous phone calls were made to follow A-1 Inspections warranty policy. [redacted] did not show up at any of these appointments nor did he call or make any effort to correct the situation. After a week, we were forced to repair the heating/air conditioning ourselves. I tried to contact [redacted] again after the repairs to go over the issues and the cause. The contractor performing the repairs offered to write up and even contact [redacted] himself to explain the problems. [redacted] did not return any calls.I sent a letter to A-1 Inspection requesting reimbursement under their home warranty. They have responded claiming they will not be sending payment and that it is not their responsibility.We are having more issues with the same air conditioner that should be covered under warrnaty.
