Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am sending you this email/letter to let you know that I was notified by AGold Construction this past week and they came
yesterday, Sunday, March 20th and corrected all issues with my steps. They re-did my rails and everything is leveled now. From what I understand, there was a mix up with management (***) who is no longer with them and the person in charge never received any of my messages. The secretary of their company, whom I left several messages with, is no longer part of their staff. They apologized as so did I as I did not want it to come to this. If you can please put their company back in good standing I would appreciated it very much. Can you please confirm back to me that this has been taken care of and that it will not affect their rating? Will they receive a letter in the mail telling them that this has been resolved? I am attaching a copy of the letter that was sent to them that they gave to me for your reference.
