Very Great experience at A1.
Our old sofa was damaged during a move to Madison from Ohio last week.
An internet search revealed A1s prices and selection, as well as customer reviews. Made the trip from Middleton in 15 minutes and picked out a new couch in 5 minutes, thanks to John who was Very Professional , even at 10 minutes before closing.
Happy to say couch was delivered today 7/27 as promised and we are very happy with our purchase.

Review: I purchased a three set from A1 furniture, including a cocktail table and two end tables. When delivered, one of the end tables has obvious scratches on its surface; also the four legs of the cocktail table are not evenly long. The seller asked us to take the furniture back to their store for replacement, but we are not able to transport such big furniture even if they can be de-assembled.Desired Settlement: The seller should come to pick up and replace their defected products themselves.
