We signed a contract to remodel a bathroom on 07/29/2013, with a start date in 2 weeks. It is now 11/04/2013 and he has not returned any phone calls in the past 2 weeks. Prior to that he would call during hours he knew I was not home. Pushing out the start date or giving a start date and then not showing up. I have already given him $[redacted]
