A 1 Concrete Leveling

Review: They raised my walk and broke two of the slabs. They asked me to look at what happened and told me it would be repaired. When they were done, the repair was completely unacceptable. I called and e-mailed the company several times and got no response. I then received a bill and a late charge. I called and e-mailed them again and finally was told they would look it over. I got a call a few days later and they admitted the job was not right. I told them I wouldn't pay the bill until it was fixed properly and I certainly wasn't going to pay the late fee. They said not to worry about it and they would get back to me with a solution. That was 1 1/2 months ago and I have heard nothing. I haven't even gotten another bill. With winter approaching, I am concerned about more damage from freezing.Desired Settlement: I just want the walk fixed properly. I would be happy to pay the bill, but with what has happened, I would expect a lower number as a good faith gesture.

I began calling A1 Concrete Leveling over a month ago to ask them to please come back out to my house and re-level a pad in my driveway which they had repaired 3 years ago but it had continued to settle, so it needed to be done again. I felt that they had done good work when I had them in 2009; that is why I wanted them to come back. I also had some repair issues that I thought they might handle with my front sidewalk. When I finally got someone to answer, after leaving many messages, he said they would call me back to set up an appt within 2 days, and that the original work was still under warranty. They never called back, nor does anyone answer the phone. I was pleased with their work the first time, I just wish I could get them to call me! If they are unable to do the work I would appreciate a phone call stating that.
