and building permit on file. American Sunspace Additions had every intention of completing this project in its entirety, due to weather etc. American Sunspace did run behind schedule on this project. We received a letter from the [redacted] attorney dated July 26, 2016 and received by American Sunspace Additions on August 2, 2016 regarding cancellation of the project due to the installation delay. The letter received gave American Sunspace Additions 14 days to return the deposit received from customer at time of sale. In good faith American Sunspace Additions has returned the deposit to Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] for [redacted] refund in full. This check was mailed on August 16, 2016. Thank you.
