A 1 Car Care and Towing

My car was towed to this location via AAA. My insurance adjuster needed to see the car so we could proceed with everything that needs to get done for a car accident: my adjuster was told three times on the phone that he needed to wait for an "Antonette" to return from vacation to see the car. By that time a week had passed by and I had no car and insurance wasn't able to proceed with anything considering NO CAR had been seen yet. I called to see if NO could have the car towed to my house, and the guy that answered was VERY rude & not someone who should answer business phones. He told me no one had contacted them about my car and when I tried relaying the info that the insurance adjuster told me he got very defensive and told me no one works there by that name and got rude and then tells my I talk too much and hangs up in me. Not for nothing, but being in a car accident is a traumatic experience- then being treated like garbage by this man was cherry on the cake. MAYBE AAA shouldn't recommend these rude people to do any towing being they aren't even understanding humans. Seriously, horrible business. Last time I checked, it is a tow company's job to TOW cars, not scream at people that call to schedule a tow.
