Stacie [redacted] Hello,Profiling a customer based on other's actions are never ok. Those who have done wrong should be violated and prosecuted. Running a business which I do myself, there are certain precautions you put in place to negate others from theft. Maybe two security guards in the store would be more appropriate. You are in a very Urban area which high theft is expected. You should protect your merchandise very much so as well as protecting your customers Civil Rights.

We sincerely apolgize for the discomfort caused for the customer.  Due to the recent increase amount of theft, we had to take measures to enable prevention.   We will work in due diligence to improve the quality of our customer care so in the future this feeling of alienation does not...
