Dear Sir , Thanks for your respond and which to inform you that no warranty of workmanship was given to me and I did not get any extended warrantyIjust want my roof to be repaired as it is licking from same place prior to repairI want to correct some things I have seen not right on the complaint form.Amount of repair should be $900.00.My contact phone number should be [redacted] and not [redacted] .Thanks

I received a call from Mr [redacted] during some pretty bad storms & didn't realize it was a job I had previously worked on. We were getting an excessive amount of calls & it took a little while to get back to him at that time. Once I did get a hold of Mr. [redacted] I scheduled an appointment to check it out right away. When I got there, I took the roofing up around the area we repaired previously to inspect. The repair looked very good with no evidence of leaking there. So I looked at some other areas & noticed some other problems around the upper part of the chimney. There was some corner trim that had sepperated at the top corner of the stucco chimney, so I sealed it up in hopes that would take care of it. It was a few days later that I received the complaint notice from the Revdex.com. I then called Mr [redacted] to set up another appointment to show him the work we did & the problems he may be having. There are a few problems he's having there related to the sheet metal on top of the fireplace, & the stucco cracks above the tv closet. I don't believe the problem is the roof at this point but told him if it leaks again I will be more than happy to come back out & resolve this problem. I did apologize to Mr. [redacted] for not responding more quickly.
