Faulty repair and extreme unprofessionalism

The plumber replaced a pressure regulator valve and shut off valve (near street) on 8/20/2012. I paid him $350 on invoice 7160. Same day I noticed that the shut off valve was leaking so called him back out. He returned the next day and was argumentative, impatient, and started yelling at me about how I know nothing about plumbing. He left without fixing it (while calling me several expletives) so now I need to call another plumber to fix the crappy job he did.
