A 012 Available Day & Night Locksmith

I called Best Buy Lock (also named "A012 Available Day & Night) to inquire about the cost to have a locksmith come and get me into my house. The woman on the phone told me that there is a $35 service fee and than the most simple job would cost $40 on top of that. I had shopped around and $75 seemed reasonable especially since I knew it would be a simple job. A man came to my home and used a plastic card to break into my house which took 25 seconds in total to do. He then charged me $80 for that work (plus the $35 total $115). I told him that I was quoted $40 and I can't imagine how any job could have been simpler than what he just performed. He had no answer, just told me it was what it was. I then called the company's main number and made a complaint and they proceeded to tell me that $115 was very fair and I should be happy that the lock was not broken. I know locksmiths are notorious for price gauging but this was appalling - if they quore you $40 for a simple job, then they need to charge $40 and not make up some reasons for why it ended up being double that.
