wife Maria visited 9Round in Beaumont, Ab July 29, On this day, they spoke with the owner Corey D*** in regards to signing up for a month to month membershipThe 9Round policy for month to month memberships requires the mernber(s) to prepay the enrollment fee and first month of their membershipThis is anauto-renew membership with a required day written notice to cancelThese terms were understood and agreed to when Mrand Mrs*** signed their membership agreement.They prepaid $for their enrollment (which includes gear) and $+tax for their combined first month membershipBeginning August 29, their account was billed $+tax under the auto-renew terms of their membership, During this time, 9Round has no record of Mr*** requesting to cancel his membershipOnce the account was flagged for non-payment, we contacted Mr*** to request payment and only then did he request to cancel his membershipMr*** was informed he would be required to submit a cancellation form in person at the 9Round facility and pay a sum of $+taxThis amount included the $fee billed August 29th and $for the following billing cycle as per the day cancellation policyIn an effort to resolve the matter, Mr*** was offered a discount of 50% on the outstanding balance along with a reinstatement of his membership and an additional month freeSince the outstanding balance was never paid, the membership was never reinstated and the account went to collections, We must stand behind our cancellation policy and request that Mr*** pay $+tax and we will waive the additional $159,+tax as originally offered.Sincerely,.Juju ** ***
