I actually had two complaints what is Personal the other is in regards to health violations one one of their items that I was tempted to buy was marked at specific price in the state of California if something has a price tag on it you have to sell it for that price they refused to sell it to me at that price and took it away from grabbing it out of my hand the other is a health code violations they are selling illegal products for example salvia divinorum This store is run and owned by a bunch of irresponsible kids I mean they’re probably adults but they act like kids and don’t know the laws and are putting people in danger if I had to guess they probably have that sort bath salts of behind the counter That they ID anyway it’s probably not a thing this business should be shut down for crass negligence!
All products, that we sell in store, has been purchased from license vendors, who are also following strict selling guideline. We have every proof of purchase to go along with any products this customer is talking about. As for false advertisement in pricing, without knowing the specific product, the only possible explanation is that there could of been an error in pricing but all prices are subject to change. Again without knowing exactly what was not sold, I would just say there might of been a miss-pricing.
The law is the law you must sell something at the price it is marked out if it has a marking on it.
This should clear up any confusion on your definition of false advertising
Legal Definition of false advertising : the
crime or tort of publishing, broadcasting, or otherwise publicly
distributing an advertisement that contains an untrue, misleading, or
deceptive representation or statement which was made knowingly or
recklessly and with the intent to promote the sale of property, goods,
or services to the public
And like the previous message stated. A mistake might have occurred where the wrong price was placed but what ever the reason is, we DID NOT ADVERTISE something at a lower price to get customers in then change the price. We've been in business for more than 7 years and not once have we advertised something we did not offer. We appreciate all business that comes through the door but if you feel like we are in the wrong please feel free to take your business else where. As for this issue I have done more than enough trying to explain to you.
Have a great day
