was burned out Havingfound out, we then asked the customer to give us permission to repair thewiring, which they agreed toAs a few days passed by, the customer calledagain and told us that the same proplem occurred and demanded the moneybackHowever when looking through the car again, the problem was thealternator that alternator was bad The customer tries to say the alternator isbrand newWe did not installed the alternator

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted].     They kept my car for a total of almost 3 weeks. They broke the radio and when we asked why the radio wasn't working anymore they said they never went inside the car. They obviously did because the dash had been pushed in and the radio was working when we brought it in. They sent us away the first time saying the car was totally fixed, then it cut off 10 minutes later. We brought it back and waited almost a week for them to get the part and put it in. They sent us away again saying it was totally fixed. When my husband was driving my son home the next day it cut off and they pushed it the rest of he way to our home. When my husband called and said we want to bring it back he said NO! He said it must be the alternator, my husband installed a brand new alternator and we went to Auto Zone and had them test it. They said there's nothing wrong with the alternator. The owner of 9999 told my husband to go to [redacted],and he wasn't getting any money back. We went in and asked for another receipt saying what they actually did to the car. He gave us a totally different amount then the original receipt.

One of the receipts is most likely an estimate of the price and the other is the actualreceipts stating the amount of the final repair. As for the radio I am sorry to hear that your car radio is not working. We have not done anything to your radio. When we fixed the charging system we did not touch the radio at all. I am not really sure if the radio was working before the car was given to us to repair.
