Machine malfunctioned and ripped off my cargo box. The employees told me the car wash was safe for my cargo box since the rollers lift up. I used the carwash successfully with it many times and none of the employees warned me that it could be a hazard. Today, the machine malfunctioned and it ripped the box off of my roof and dented the roof. The owner watched the video and saw that it malfunctioned, even though the employee pressed the button to lift the roller. It bothers me that the owner is not taking responsibility for the malfunction of his machine. He was extremely rude and said he would would share the video only with an attorney. I had a monthly membership so I have been a repeat customer. The owner tried to turn the situation on me and called me rude. He said the machines malfunction 15-18 times a day. I try to support local businesses but this owner is completely rude and disrespectful.
