911 Restoration of Dallas TX

The company is charging for work not completed and they refuse to make any changes to the billed amount.
911 restoration came to our home on 3/12/18 to clean up our home after a fire. They requested us to sign forms after the work was completed stating we were satisfied with the work completed, I requested that they send me an estimate for the work they were charging for before I signed the form. They refused to send me anything saying they could only send information to the insurance adjuster on our claim and not directly to us. The adjuster went ahead and sent us the estimate and the check to pay 911 restoration as well. The estimate shows they cleaned our washer and dryer, which they did not because my husband specifically told them not to touch it because it was new and we didn't want it scratched. They also are charging for cleaning the floor in the laundry room, it looks like they went over the floor with a muddy towel, it is still dirty and smeared with mud. The cleaning they did do and are charging $1400 for was not done very well either. They have not cooperated with us as the customer and have refused to communicate with us through this process.
