Working with this company is a nightmare. It is impossible to reach anyone to answer questions about your claim. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a public adjuster.

This company is no good they are liers and all they are good for is giving you the run around. Don't go to them for nothing.
I sigh up with them so they can help with the ins. To fix my roof and it has been 2 years and nothing. They are liers and no good always giving the round around. Liers liers.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
Let's start of with adjusters that came to my house. One was the owner *** and the other was one of the adjusters, *** I never saw the owner again and *** the adjusters failed to show up to any of the appointments at my home with the insurance company . Many times he told me he was on his way and never show up. It was practically impossible to get a hold of him because he would never return any of my calls. He even gave me an excuse one time that he couldn't speak to his boss because he was working out. I pretty much ended up going through the insurance process on my own. I had to end up contacting my own insurance company and dealing with them myself only to find out that they had done absolutely nothing and barely had any communication with them. It was all lies and runarounds from day 1. Do not use this firm for any type of claim. you might as well do it on your own.
