901 Locksmith

Nine months ago this company installed a remote system in my truck. Today the truck would not start. Another locksmith had to be called out to uninstall 901 Locksmith's work and the vehicle started right up. I drove to the business to explain what happened and the guy fanned me of stating that if the system was going to malfunction, it would have done so within the 60 days. The customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional. The quality of their work is pathetic!

Last night, a Saturday evening, the key would not turn in the ignition of my 2004 van. All the usual jiggling and maneuvering did not help. We were at the gas pump at a convenience store and were really stuck because we could not put the car in neutral to push it out of the way. A tow truck company was going to be a 2-3 hours wait. We called 901locksmith after doing a quick review online and the service man was there promptly. He worked on the steering column and made a temporary key so we could get the car home. The next day, a Sunday afternoon he came to our home and fixed the problem after working hard for almost 2 hours. The cost was $100 for the Sat. evening service call and $365 for the repairs on Sunday which included making a new coded key for the ignition. I feel the charges were reasonable and having the work done at my home was very convenient.
