This company is allowing online bookings, however from personal experience and the reviews from the past two months, they have been closed with no warning to customers whatsoever. Many people are booking escape rooms for large groups, and then showing up to a closed facility. No one is answering the phone or responding to emails, or issuing refunds. This is a deplorable way to run a business.
