I went in Wednesday afternoon needing to get my phone fixed they said it would be fixed on Thursday Thursday afternoon I went to go pick up my phone around 5:30 I got my phone working In addition I went home did a couple dishes I put my phone on the charger 2 hours later I went to go check up on my phone after handing on my own business and the screen stopped working mind you I just 2 hours ago picked it up from being fixed so I went there to see what was the problem they said the screen was cracked and I asked him how they kept on saying that I drop the evening though the only way I could have dropped it was on a couch from putting it on my charger and putting it on my couch not even a foot drop onto a couch I already paid 120 to get it fixed the first time and then they asked me to replace the screen but they'll do the service for free so I paid another $70 to get the screen fixed all this started March 29th it is now may fourth and I still haven't got my phone fixed when they have told me that multiple times saying that it would be fixed on different days. So I go out of the way to come up there and it's still not fixed. They have told me on march 30th, June 1st, and June 4th that my phone would be ready for pick up and all three times it wasn't. I am not saying they scammed me, but its been 5 day and they haven't even order my replacement screen for my phone, and it is the only way I have to communicate with my jobs, family, and others. in just to be clear it's the LCD screen that cracked not the actual touch screen itself the LCD is the the screen underneath the glass that displays everything on the phone
Repair I would like that the $70 that I paid for for the replacement screen to be reimburse burnished to me 'cause they sold me a faulty screen in for them to fix my phone it is not my fault that the screen they provided crack out of nowhere and I don't see why I have to pay for a new one
