Review: I was getting gas here on February 14th, I used credit card to get gas. The sign was posted $2.99 cash and credit $3.07.... My total gallons were 160(I drive a semi) and price total $523.70... When you do the math it comes out to $3.27... This is only the 1st of the incident. On February 20th cash was $3.07 and credit was $3.15... Once again I used credit. I got a total of 150 gallons, and total was $488.56. Once again you do the math this xomes out to $3.25. I am very disappointed in this business. Maybe they think since I get alot of gas that I dont pay attention to my bills.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund over all my over charged gas. I have reciepts for my proof.

Review: After 4 visits to this 76 Gas Station, I have noticed an on going negative, disrespectful and poor sales experience. Each time I have gone to the business, either to fuel my vehicle or make an item purchase, I have never been treated with decent courtesy. The male and female that have assisted me have been very rude and have not shown any level of care to the customers including myself. Several times they have used the excuse of the "card machine is broken" or "we have no money in the register" as a factor. I quote my experience today, " We have no cash. We can't help you." I wanted to proceed further into the store but I felt very unwelcomed and threatened. For instance, I could of used alternative methods to complete my transaction such as paying with credit/debit card, check, or even the exact change and amount for my purchase. They did not offer me an alternative solution or demonstrate any care to make it a successful transaction. Instead I was quickly shut down and rejected to make a purchase in the store. I have never been rejected by a store in making a purchase. Simply put, they did not want to assist me and rejected my business. This is not the first time it has happened at this store either. Along with incidents such as this, they have turned people away while counting the money in the register. I understand business's must count money, however, they just tell you we can't help you right now, we are closed and make you leave. It seems that every time I come to this store there is something always wrong. I just moved to this area and this gas station is conveniently located near me, which is why I come here. But I have began going to a different store near by who is actually able to provide me business. I have seen so many disapointed customers leave this store because of the poor customer service provided here. The employees have been rude and extremely lazy to help out customers, and demonstrate no interest for the store and customer satisfaction.Desired Settlement: I understand business's count and close the register, however this store does not offer an alternative to satisfy the needs of customers. They should provide a time frame of when operations will continue on the register, EX. will reopen in 15 min. They should also offer an alternative method to pay when the register has no money such as debit card, check or using the exact amount of the transaction. Improving customer service skills would greatly help this business from losing more customers.
