hi there. the agent scammed me. I paid 2 separate checks of chase check($2000) and td check ($2425). I didn't authorize the full payment unless the travel reservations and 5 visas have been processed. Abdul only processed 2 visas for my 2 sons. He processed 5 airline tickets to pakistan for my wife, 2 sons and 2 daughters, a total of 5 people.
BUT.......
Abdul, the agent didnt process the 3 visas for my wife, and my 2 daughters. Each visa cost was $135. I am demanding $405 refund. We been trying 1 month to demand a refund from him and he's refusing and is in denial. his record shows that it is rejected (rejected means that he didnt' process the payment online).
We went to the saudi embassy to find out why my wife and kids aren't getting visas. The saudi counselor said that if the payment was procressed and was sent to (saudi counselor website), then it processes through the MOFA system and then it creates a visa for each applicant. So basically, the saudi counselor said "the agent scammed us and that you should demand your money back".
So the agent committed fraud business with us and my wife had to process her own visas at the saudi arabia arrivals (airport) to process 3 visas for my wife and 2 daughters.(we paid $403 total). I asked for his last name if it was *** or *** he's not telling me this. Im going to file a police report against this agency.

responding against (ID# ***)hi there, They have family about 15 to 20 people almost every body got visa except this family. I am going to attach all proofs for applied visa and rejected from there Website that shows clearly All application numbers and there names.
I told them couple of times but they are not even willing to listen rejection part and also nobody asked my name or last name. In my community everybody knows my name even my business card clearly shows my name. I don't need to scam anybody just for couple to Hundreds. I Applied visa on there behalf but Saudia rejected there visa with no reason and no reply from there end. I couldn't have any authority to issue Saudia visa by MySelf. I would only apply on there behalf Saudia Consulate can give them visa or reject that I mention earlier it could be rejected but I never seen any rejection before this application. Saudia save there right to reject visa with No Refund that shows in attached documents. I gave them favor which these kind of people don't deserve Its very shameful act to complain as they have to understand I am not ambassador and can't stamp visa in my Office. Even I applied again there 2 kids visa with other group traveling for saudia without asking charges again. I paid 124 2 = 248 usd from my pocket again. Saudia issued visa to their kids with other group. So 3 persons left rejected which they are claiming while they didn't pay to apply again for their kids. so I shouldn't have to to again for rest of 3 persons from my pocket. Still I I applied again for them just because of his family members I have good relation with them I attached new application which rejected 2nd time without asking money for 3 visas ether. So they supposed to pay me another 124 2 = 248 124 3 = 372 total = 620 USD (plus 11$ each is my fee which I didn't ask again) I paid 620 USD for applying again for all of their family but they refused to pay what I already paid and file complain against me it really shameful act. I have all documents attached with this complain. Can you please ask them now they have to pay me rest of charges that is 620 USD. that I paid 2nd time on there behalf. Now please guide me when they are returning rest of 620 USD. Hope I will get my money soon. -- THANKS & REGARDSABDUL M
