7 Pillars Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Another great experience! Our new puppy all but destroyed our carpet and after our carpet cleaning with pillars they look great! They get out stains I never thought would come out

On December 16th, *** ***, the owner of Pillars Carpet Cleaning, came out to our house we had just bought to clean our carpets and potentially clean out our dryer vent (which come to find out was approximately ftlong) After discussing with him the amount of money it would take to clean out our dryer vent, we (I talked this through with my wife by cell phone) decided to let him do it
Carpet and dryer vent cleaning were not the only things that needed to get done that day, we also were having cable/internet and carpet installed in other parts of the house
After *** completed cleaning out the dryer vent and the carpet was cleaned, I quickly went to take a look at the dryer vent in the laundry room and outside I did notice something was different in the laundry room, but just assumed it was the insulation around the dryer vent that had been removed to get into the dryer vent With all the different trades there that day, it was quite busy

Pillars Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning serviced my home approximately two or three months agoI missed placed my receiptI called the company to request a copy of my receiptI was told it's not a guarantee they could issue a copy of my receipt because they are independently owned, they don't use a computer system, they write everything on paper and it would be too much work for someone to search for a receipt from months ago,and the only one who could provide that kind of information would be the ownerWhoever I spoke with on the phone was rude and very unprofessional
