7-Eleven‎

Lottery customers have to take the time to fill out cards in order to play. I take the time to fill my cards out stand in line and when its my turn to be served the lady sat my cards down and proceeded to take other customers after telling me she didn't have time to play my tickets and the lottery was closed at 7:35pm because she was preparing herself for a shift change. Lottery machines shouldn't reside in the 7-11 because they disrespect their customers refusing to provide service. Every customer should receive professional customer service and I felt very disrespected and went back and forth with the lady explaining if the machine is operable and I stand in line like everyone else I should be served. I asked for her manager name and number and she told me she didn't know anything. Finally after she played my numbers she took my money in hand as she proceeded to help other customers that came in after me and I expressed to her she needed to complete my task and give me my change so I could get to work. She made me wait until she assist her coworker that didn't know how to ring customers up after she act as if she was so busy and didn't have time to address my needs.
