7-Eleven‎

Got charged double transaction on one purchase..was told credit card machine malfunction at time of first transaction so was told to move to second machine to redo transaction. Waited 2 days and charge was still on my account. Went to bank and said there was no hold and both transactions went through..went back to *** next day they told me to wait two more days..waited 3 days and two charges instead of one are still on my account. Was told today to come back tomorrow!!!!!!
