7 day vape

My orders were in usable. Received old nasty no good vape pods. The liquid was dark and the bottom of pods were black and the pods fell apart when Putting on and off. Tried to call several times and left messages as well as emailed several times. Also went on Facebook with no response.
I requested a full refund due to the awful quality of this product.
I still have them all and I’m unable to use them.
I offered to show pictures and even return.
Very upset they stole my money!!!
They knew they sent me old nasty products which is why they will not respond to me.
